All the prefab domiciles belong to the category KFW 40 which means that require only 40 Kwh/m2 heating energy for whole year. All the domiciles are constructed by certified ecological materials which do not harm the environment and the human. The timber that is used is by recycling forest, giving negative imprint of carbon during the production of your house.
